Manage booking kalender by listing owner

Hello,

is it for listing owners possible to manage (make booked, on request, ...) the booking kalender after rate ranges were set?
For example:
Listing owner entered during adding the listing a range rate from 1.8.2014 to 31.8.2014.
Afterwards the listing is active he wants to enter from 10.8.2014 to 14.8.2014 status "booked" in the calender. How can listing owner do that?
