listing url consists of the title form that you can build via form builder: your category > Build > Build Listing Title > add fields you need

1. Title
2. Name of Housing
these 3 are different, as per your instruction Build > Build Listing Title > add fields you need
if i change it, my title is so long, and name of housing include in this,
it create confusion for customer,
i want and name of housing in URL, not ad in title,,

From what i see the listing detail path is hard coded to show category-listingtitle-listingid.html your best shot at this is to include Name of housing in the title as Rudi suggested.
As a side note you don't want to make your path very long its not recommended and its not a ranking factor for google SEO. the only benefit for website path naming is to make it user friendly so users know what to expect to see in the page by just looking at the path.
