Js and CSS are so slow! Asking help for G-ZIp Compression

Hi, i've noticed that my website is loading really slow! Looking up a little bit i saw that it takes a lot o time to load css & js.

Can someone help me on how to compress all the files with g-zip to get a faster loading?

But it will be works if you have enabled the Apache module mod_deflate.

Unfortunately i dont have this option enable with iPower host :(

I heard about a plugins that is going to be released in the next months... that enables to compress javascript and css is that right??
