increase category meta description and keywords fields from 255 characters

How easy is it to increase the character limit for category listings meta description and meta keywords fields?

(The limit seems to be 255 characters by default, and {if} conditionals are taking a lot of those characters.)

Go to admin > tpl > controllers > categories.tpl > find listing_meta_description
