Where are the select membership Menu in Frontend?

i made a membership plane and set it to active, but I can t find it in frontend to chose it as customer!
I only see the packages i can chose as customer

It can be found in your account area > My Profile > Membership (tab)

I can not find this as Loged In User in Tab. There is no tab in myProfile page - watch my image.

Make sure that the membership module is enabled in Basic Settings > Accounts > Membership plans
