So I have been looking at the plugins and was considering this plugin for my site.

I do think it could be improved on.

The current plugin is fine if you only have a few reviews and comments but if you get quite a lot I do think it could do with some enhancement.

Maybe with an overall average rating. and also a list of how many reviews for 5*, 4*, 3* etc. which are also clickable to bring for example all the 1* reviews in view.

with this block sat above the current review speech bubbles. I do think that sites that do rely on reviews for selling products would benefit more.

Please see image attached as an example.

Any thoughts on this?

Hope so, I would love little bit more to this plugin. Would work great with my website (I probs being abit selfish here:laugh:)

Well I will try and use it as it stands and hope for some extras added in the future.

Just to revisit this and add to my original post above

Currently you can rate via a star system which is a simple overall score, which is fine for the basis of rating.

It will also be good to create maybe different rateatable things which are bit more specific to niches. (which can be assigned to specific categories)

Example:

Build quality
Usability
Value for money

or whatever you wish the question to be.

Then these are averaged out to create the overall score.
