Hello,
Since 3 years, I have made several updates to my website from version 4.5.1 to version 4.8.0.
I would like to clean up my website to make sure there were no corrupted files during the many updates.
I installed the 4.8.0 package from my website on my local winamp64 server.
I installed all of my plugins as if it were a new site.
I imported the files directory from my website to my local site to have the photos.
Finally, I edit the config.inc.php file to direct it to the local version of my website's database.
The local site seems to be working well, all the ads are there.
Can I upload my local site to my web server to get a new version of my site after editing the config.inc.php file with the info from the web server database?
Is there anything else to do to put version 4.8.0 online and replace the current version 4.8.0 from several updates?
Thanks,
Marc
