Changing the colors of background, text, text links, and content boxes

I would like to change the colors of the website to match my logo, how do I change the color of the content boxes, the background, and the links

Using chrome select the area you wish to edit, right click and select < Inspect > that will tell you the file that you need to edit. If you put up a link and tell me what you want to change what to what I will do a demo video for you, if you want.
