Hide first and last name in dealers page

Hi,

is it possible to hide first name and last name on dealers page and replace it with a custom field i have created? And if so, can you provide me a step by step solution for this? I ask this, because our privacy law in the land where i am coming from is very strict.

Not sure where you are but here in the Uk i have noticed increased privacy, with alot of sites adding popups where users have to agree to cookie policies. stating which cookies etc are used.
