If a listing has not been activated (for some reason maybe it was not posted properly??).

If you administrator activated the listing at the admin page, an activated email will be send to the wrong person.

Hello Desmond,
I checked mentioned issue in the working version and didn't find any problem,
I suggest submitting new ticket (http://support.flynax.com/tickets/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit) to Flynax technical department.
