Hello,

- go to Common > Languages > Search > search by key 'add_plan' and if it exists add a value 'Add a Package'
otherwise add a new phrase with a key 'add_plan'

- it seems that you changed the price for your package to 0 after you submit it with 4 pounds, in this case the payment can't be changed
you should go and add a new ticket

- you already have a ticket with the bump up issue and as I know it's already solved, anyway keep discussion in that ticket
