Hope you can add this in future release
After admin locks category , if use clicks on that Category the follow message appears:
The category is locked by the Administrator, please Click here to go back to the previous category level.
Requested change:
1) remove the above message *
2) block user from Posting to parent category or sub category
3) Maybe by use htaccess to redirect, so when Post Ad he must select Sub Category

Uses don't want to read Admin messages when they Post Ad(s)
Also confusing because it may lead user to think all sub-categories below are also locked
