Hello Yakup,

You can change it in files only.
Go to ftp://templates>>general_craiglist>>tpl>>conten.tpl find code:


<nav class="menu">
{include file='menus'|cat:$smarty.const.RL_DS|cat:'main_men u.tpl'}
</nav>

and move to other place where do you want to use it. But you should change styles too. I think will be better if you create a ticket with your request.
