Installation Request Timeline

Just wondering the the typical timeline is for an installation request from support.
Opened a ticket 8 hours ago and still no response.

We apologize for the delay but sometimes we experience peaks and simply don't have time to install a site within an hour. I checked with Kevin; he said he'd fixed your site and it is up and running. Let us know in the tickets if you have any issues or questions.
