categories don't show

I'm make update from 4.5.0 to 4.5.1 and now don't show the categories at home .-)

I looks and see that the languarge code don't work!

the file categories_block.tpl have any bug and don't show the categories. I use from 4.5.0 this work !
I'm testing in this time.
