how to change site name?

Hello,
how do i change the site name so my outgoing emails and the browser tabs display "my domain name" instead of "flynax classifieds software"
-I'm using flynax4.0
-the email templates read "welcome to {site_name}" but the emails arrive saying "welcome to flynax classifieds software" so i'm convinced that {site_name} points to a setting somewhere. i just don't know how to change it.

Search for "flynax classifieds software" in the language section
