error when I select pictures

Hello

When I publish a new ad and I select a photo I took with my phone, the app crashes and closes automatically. I can only select photos that are already stored on the phone.

Could you describe the issue in detail? Which app do you use, iOS, Android or just HTML version through the phone?
Also which size your picture is? Any other details would be helpful.
