Hello Flynax Team,

I have made payment 250$ extra for change my URL from www.jippy.in to www.citiname.jippy.in this 8 months back. Still now my website URLs not updated in the Google result. AI have created the ticket and flynax team told dont know ask google webmaster help. As per flynax team I have asked webmaster help.

See here webmaster answare:

You need to implement 301 redirects www.jippy.in/xxxxx to www.citiname.jippy.in/xxxxx

For example: You need to implement 301 redirects for http://www.jippy.in/andra-pradesh/ to http://andra-pradesh.jippy.in/ (Similarly for another pages)

Right now both http://www.jippy.in/andra-pradesh/ & http://andra-pradesh.jippy.in/ are working.

both URLs are working and have the same content these are seen as duplicate pages. In such cases, Google will index only the original source of the content (your main website) and ignore the page that copied the content (your subdomain).

By using a 301 redirect you can tell Google that these two pages are not duplicate but that your maind domain page has MOVED to the subdomain page permanently.

I have created ticket (KXY-497371)and told to flynax team they told we made 301 redirect. Still my site URL showing 404 error.

See below both are same ads but

1. one URL with www.jippy.in/xxxx and
2. other one is www.citiname.jippy.in/xxxx

http://www.jippy.in/listings/vehicles/four-point-contact-ball-bearing-traders-13356.html

http://delhi.jippy.in/listings/vehicles/four-point-contact-ball-bearing-traders-delhi-13356.html

First one is 404 error. Second one is opening within the site only in Google result its showing only first URL if visitor clicks this its shows 404 error.

How I could run the website ?

Always flynax team not ready to chat if we ask they saying create ticket. The same thing I have explained in the ticket(even I have attached image) why still this error how many day its need to resolve the problem?

If this same thing if I explain in chat 10 mins they can understand my problem and they can resolve it quickly.

Flynax need to understand customer problems.

Hello Ramu,
Your issue is enough specific and we are spending as much time as we can to solve your problem.
I don't understand why you posted this complain here and what was your purpose because you
didn't mention about the details of this issue.

Please just keep assisting Mike in the ticket and he will help you to solve it as soon as possible.
