View Full Version : The biggest mistake of the Flynax Team

As a new customer and owner of flynax license, I can see in here that the biggest mistake of the Flynax team is that they haven't invested (time and resources) in building a community of licensed users.
I can totally understand this might have been intentional as they might prefer licensed users to turn to them for customizations, but from what I see on the forums, this doesn't work as they might have wished.
It's never too late to invest on building a community of people who can actually help each other...

A simple idea is: don't tell people to open a support ticket with you in order to provide them with a solution, do it in here so in case someone else has the same problem or wants the same customization, they could do it themselves.
Trust me, it won't be less money for you through customizations, it'll be more money for you through loyalty.

Just a few thoughts... now back to customizing my flynx site all alone...

Actually this forum is the community of licensed Flynax Customers that you are talking about.
Yes, our teach team members might ask you to submit a ticket if the task/modification you requested is too complicated
and will require many changes. No one will understand such long instruction with number of points to do.
But if the task isn't so hard and almost of forum user may reproduce the instruction our guys gladly share
the solution on the forum, for example here:


To be honest we would appreciate if you could keep the discussion of your issues on the forum and not submit the tickets :)
Even more we opened a Market Place (www.flynax.com/market.html) to release us from huge amount of the modification requests.

Yes we deleted this page. You can try to find 3rd party developers on upwork.com or freelancer.com
