Extend someones listing package - Warning

Hope someone can help us. we would like to extend a users listing package but cannot find a way to do this in admin.

We have tried granting a plan but we get a warning "Selected plan already in use by xxxx, please back to plans list and increase balanse for user and plan you are looking for." What does this exactly mean? We cannot find this in the user manual. ??

please anyone? we really need to extend someones account and we do not want to have to delete their current page to extend it.

You could try this / go to acp > listings > plan using and in the balance column you should be able to click on that number and edit / increase it. from there they could update renew with the new added listing available.
