Print Listing show only country

I have set Geo Multifield (Country -> Region -> City), it show only Country in Print listing page version, doesn't show Region or City.

Yeah i recently installed this plugin and have same issues, i think its the same with pdf plugin aswell. Have you contacted support about this? I can tell them if you want as i currently have a ticket open about this plugin.
