I have a ticket that is open for more than a week and no body is responding to my ticket..
When I requested the updates they came back to me with an invoice, I paid the invoice the moment I got it. Then no news from any body!!
I also kept replying to the ticket with questions on when someone will start working on my 7 Hours change and nothing!!
What is going on?
[Edit] Technical Support on on-line chat promised that the changes will be live within 10 hours! hopefully this is true.
