I have a ticket that is open for more than a week and no body is responding to my ticket..

When I requested the updates they came back to me with an invoice, I paid the invoice the moment I got it. Then no news from any body!!

I also kept replying to the ticket with questions on when someone will start working on my 7 Hours change and nothing!!

What is going on?

[Edit] Technical Support on on-line chat promised that the changes will be live within 10 hours! hopefully this is true.

Probably we missed your ticket because we checked tickets by your name and didn't find anything.
Could you provide me with your ticket ID please?
