Flynax Support Ticket

I try to check status one of my tickets on support.flynax.com/tickets , but gives the following error.

Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /home/supportf/public_html/tickets/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 168

Well make sure you are logged in, thats the only reason I can see. Check the box with remember me.

I can access another tickets, only one of my submited tickets gives the error.
