Greetings,
Both plugins are under developing and almost ready, if you interesting in beta version please submit a ticket.
As i understand xmlFeeds plugin will do something like example (import and export xml feeds), remote adverts is a bit different.

The Xml Feeds plugin will not be released this year unfortunately, sorry for disinformation
Also for the xml feeds plugin, very often it's not possible to manage feeds import without additional coding because feeds are very different,
In other words the plugin is not universal solution for all feeds, but it's a good base to configure different feeds importing and in some cases it allows to set up simple feeds from just admin panel.
In future we will add most popular feed sources support, but even with ready script for the feed source it needs to be tuned in order to adapt it for your specific fields.

For a typical xml feed it will look like this: Skor > OutletT8008036509.7http://www.adsettings.com/scripts/reg_priceclick.php?pid=22831&aid=842&url=http://www.nobodesign.se/skor-stovlar-gummistovlar-boots-stovlett/112-twin-set-sko.html&referer=pricerunnerTWIN-SET SKO - 36T8008036Twin - SetSkohttp://www.nobodesign.se/475/twin-set-sko.jpgJa1DHL Service Point0 but for another it will be completely different but it is a most wanted plugin.
