Media Query Issue...

Hello,

I am having a bit of an issue with moving a media query from my header into my css file...Here it is:

Fixed this...I had to remove the files out of my flynax tmp folder...I keep forgetting to do this...Frustrating

The html is duplicated, EXCEPT for the img id's...One is just logo and the other logo2, if I put the media query code in my header,tpl (with the html code) the media query and html works as it should, when I move the css (media query) into the style.css the logo duplicates, if I keep the media query in the header, the logo is shown once and it works as it should. What could be doing this?
