Problem with creating a new account.

With the v4.5.1 I had no problem.

Following my problems updating v4.5.1 to v4.5.2 I started again to zero, I retranslated the site in French, I recreated the categories and the plans.

When I wanted to create the first account, after completing all fields and captcha by clicking the Etape suivant button (Next) nothing happens, no error message, I stay on the same page.

If I switch to the English interface, no problem clicking Next I go to the next step and I create the account with no problem.

How to fix this problem?
