Update from v4.5.1 to v4.5.2 or new installation

So if I have 4.3 now. Should I apply all of the 5 patches:

4.3.0 to 4.4.0
4.4.0 to 4.4.1
4.4.1 to 4.5.0
4.5.0 to 4.5.1
4.5.1 to 4.5.2

Then download the fresh installation 4.5.2 on flynax and install using the old untouched database? Then copy the image and plugin folder?

Yes, you can install fresh clean version and copy plugins to new website.
But moving of listings it's a difficult process: you can create new listings manually or try migrate it using the Export/Import plugin for example.
