How to translate the plugin words to arabic ?

I had downloaded some plugins to my web but the problem is that these plugins are english and i need them to be traslated to arabic ??

Please login in your admin panel
Admin panel>languages>search
You can find these phrases in search and translate them.

Also you can find there phrases there:
Admin panel>compare> compare by translation different

uploadify plugin, I can't translate the botton, once i put arabic words it shows numbers in the botton

plus, i can't change the arabic language mistakes

for example: km in arabic is "كلمتر" which is wrong

I wanna make it : " كيلومتر" which I can't, you try it
