Any update on this it seems to be happening if i use " " marks and also the & symbol so I am guessing any of the symbols or marks are being all messed up ? some where on save and this should not be happening ?

it seems to be with the & symbol but also the '," etc, also causes problems in admin etc from time time, but you can see here how the text is truncated in edit and or if you to to export say to face book etc.
